HOW TO ORDER
Once you have decided which publication you would like to purchase, make sure the correct number is in the quantity box, by default a ‘1’ is already in there for you. You may also need to select a format, i.e. Rolled or Folded in the case of maps. Then click on the basket. Your order will be added to your basket and a little pop – up window will confirm this. Click ‘add to basket’ if you want this, or ‘cancel’ if you don’t.
If you have clicked ‘add to basket’ the next screen you will see will give you the option to ‘continue shopping’, or ‘go to checkout’. If you want to look at other products then click ‘continue shopping’. You can return to your basket at any time by clicking the word ‘basket’ at the top on the right. If you want to check out then click ‘go to checkout’.
The next screen is the shipping screen. Please select your shipping location. This page will also show you the full amount of your purchase including VAT where applicable.
The next page is a secure checkout page and is located on a secure server. This means that anything you enter here is between you and MJMEnergy. Nobody else can read it.
Please fill out the requested information. Everything marked by a red star * is required and you will not be able to proceed further if left blank.
If you have any comments about your order, or your shopping experience, you may enter it in the ‘notice to us’ box.
If the delivery address is different from your address, then click in the box and you will be able to enter it.
If you tick the mailing list box you will be added to our mailing list.
You can now review your order. If you have made a mistake and need to amend it click edit, make your amendment and then click ‘review secure order’ and then click ‘send order securely’.
On the next screen you will see a timer counting. As soon as your order has been received the screen will change to the ‘Thank you for your order’ page.
You will shortly receive an email confirming your order. If you opted to pay by cheque, please print the email and send it to us with your cheque made payable to 'MJMEnergy Ltd'.
We will send you a company invoice which will show if you have paid or not, and your purchase will be dispatched sometimes under separate cover.
